Return and Refund Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Olissey olive oil purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the steps below to request a return or refund.
- Return Conditions
We accept returns in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The delivered product does not match the order (incorrect product).
- The product is defective or unsuitable for consumption.
Please note that, for hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or consumed, unless a defect is proven.
- Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will not be able to process your request.
- Return Procedure
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at contact@olissey.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our confirmation by email before returning the item.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or an appropriate protective packaging.
- Ship the package to the address provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or delivery errors on our part.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
- Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective).
- Promotional or discounted items, except in case of defect.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (for a reason other than defect), please follow the same procedure as for a return. Exchanges are accepted subject to the availability of the requested replacement product.
