Located on the heights overlooking the Bay of Tunis, the Boubaker olive grove continues a millennia-old olive oil tradition through artisanal, family-driven production, free from fertilizers and pesticides, with deep respect for both the Earth and People. The olive trees, planted at the beginning of the 20th century by Sicilian and Andalusian olive growers, produce exclusive varieties typical of this Mediterranean birthplace of olive oil.

Know-how

We cultivate indigenous olive varieties that are particularly rich in polyphenols and deeply rooted in their terroir (Sayeli, Chetoui, Frangivento...).

Our olives are carefully selected and handpicked at their optimal ripeness. They are cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest using an innovative two-phase process, without the addition of water.

Every year, we plant between 1,000 and 2,000 new olive trees. In 2024, we are launching a new ecological, social, and responsible initiative called 5,000 Olive Trees for Nature and People.

The Project
  • ORGANIC

    Our olive trees have always been cultivated without fertilizers or pesticides – a quality certified organic by Ecocert since 2020.

  • RESPONSIBLE

    Our production is carried out with respect for the soil and biodiversity through non-intensive polyculture and the use of auxiliary animals (beehives, chickens, etc.). We also preserve the ground flora and use controlled irrigation techniques such as mulching. Our bottles and packaging are made from recycled materials.

  • ETHICAL

    Our model aims to develop and support local employment, particularly for women heads of household, by ensuring equal pay (equal payment for women and men), job stability, CNSS and SMAG rights, as well as training opportunities.
